Official Silver Dragon Uniform

  

This is the official uniform of the Silver Dragon Martial Arts Academy.  This is the traditional Chinese Kung-fu style of uniform and also similiar to Shaolin style uniforms.  Comes in White, Blue, Red and Black.  With or without sleeves.  If you are a Silver Dragon student then you must be a Blue Belt rank to wear a blue uniform, Red Belt rank to wear a red uniform, and Black Belt rank to wear a black uniform.  These particular uniforms go no smaller than size 0 and no larger than 7.  We can get uniforms larger than size 7 but it is a special order and would take 5-7 weeks.

Club Jacket

Sparring Head Cage

This fully padded head cage is constructed of soft synthetic-leather and high-impact plastic for complete protection. The cage is designed to allow a full range of head movement and excellent forward and peripheral visibility. It iis much safer than the "old school" style of plastic shiield or face cage.  This item is required for students who attend sparring class and engage in full speed sparring.  Not recommended for full contact.

In the old days we had to put the Cup and Supporter on under our uniform, and then suffer through class until it came time to sparr.  O the times are a changin.  This Cup and supporter is a necessity for any level. Private Class

If you are someone that just cant find the time to attend a regular class, or an existing student that needs extra practice, or you just like to trainin a "one on one" atmosphere then the "private class" may be for you.  The private or semi-private class can be held for 1-5 students.  Most private classes do not go past an hour or two, but you can schedule a longer one if needed.  You can choose from most of our Black Belt instructors and several different instructors.  We usually schedule private classes at least a week in advance.

The Silver Dragon Patch is the offiicial logo patch of the Silver Dragon Martial Arts Academy.  This patch can be baught by anyone.  Students should put this patch on the front top left breast area of the uniform.  You can buy many extra patches if you like, put one on your jacket, back pack, or anything else.

   Nun Chuck

This ancient Japanese weapon was used by farmers.  Consider one of the "big 4" of the Japanese Martial Arts.  Made famous by Bruce Lee in many of his movies, but they were also weapons used in China by Kung-fu and shaolin practictioners.

Spear - chinese style

 Often times called the "king of the pole arm" by Chinese Shaolin martial artist, the Chinese style of spear was meant to be fast and fexible.  The prefered middel to long range melee weapon of the foot soldier throughout most of the ancient history of china.

Kuboton "Mini-baton"

One of the greatest duel purpose self-defense weapons around.  This is a great key chain that also doubles as a self-defense and personal protection weapon.  The Kuboton or "mini-baton" is modeled after a Japanese Samurai weapon call the Yawarra.  The modern version was made popular by a Japanese police offerice named Kubo (hence Kubo-baton or Kuboton for short).  comes in spiked and non-spiked version as well as different colors.
